Who is responsible for your data
SolveApps is responsible for deciding why and how personal data submitted through this website is processed. In data-protection terminology, SolveApps acts as the data controller.
For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@solveapps.com.
02
Personal data we collect
When you submit the project or limited-offer form, we collect:
- your name;
- your company name;
- your work email address;
- the type of technology opportunity selected;
- the business challenge or other information you choose to provide;
- the enquiry source, submission status and submission time.
Our hosting and security systems may also process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request times and server logs. Please do not submit passwords, financial details, confidential datasets or sensitive personal data through the enquiry form.
03
Why and how we use personal data
We use enquiry information to:
- review and respond to your enquiry;
- assess eligibility for the limited SME offer;
- understand your operational or technology requirements;
- prepare and discuss a proposal or potential project;
- maintain a record of our business communications;
- protect the website and prevent misuse; and
- comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal rights.
Processing is based, as applicable, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating the website, consent where specifically requested, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not use enquiry details for unrelated bulk marketing and do not sell personal data.
04
Cookies and external resources
The website does not currently use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Strictly necessary technical data may be used to provide secure forms, antiforgery protection and interactive website functionality.
When you manually choose English or French, we store a strictly necessary language-preference cookie named solveapps-language for up to one year. It is used only to remember which language version to show and is not used for advertising or analytics.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When those resources are requested, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google handles that information under its own privacy terms.
06
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, potential project, client relationship, security, record-keeping and legal purposes.
Enquiries that do not lead to an active relationship are ordinarily reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. Information connected to a contract may be retained for the contract period and any additional period required for legal, accounting or dispute purposes.
07
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
